One of the major reasons for the group's growth is its adherence to giving the best quality and service to customers. Kajah Activated Carbon, a subsidiary of the group, is no different. Manufacturing

Our plant has an installed capacity of 4,500 MT per annum and produces various grades of coconut and wood based activated carbon. The carbon is made by steam activation, using a rotating kiln and pressurised steam inputs to turn coconut and wood charcoal into activated carbon. The kiln is 60 ft long and reaches 800-1100°C.

Quality control

Every stage of the process is tested in accordance with ASTM standards. Parameters checked on the final product include particle size, apparent density, moisture, CTC adsorption activity, ash content and hardness. Quality control is the basis of the company, so customers receive consistent, high-quality products.
